This Policy forms an integral part of the Serendptech App Terms of Use, the terms of which you acknowledge and agree to.

1. The data collected to provide you with the services

Your data is collected via an online application.
You are advised that if you do not wish to provide one or more mandatory information, you will not be able to access the functionality of the application.
We collect your data:
for specific purposes: processing your application for an online service;

All processing performed by the Data Controller is necessary for the performance of its activity, aimed at identifying the users of its online service. Such identification may be a legal obligation for that service or may constitute a legitimate interest in combating identity fraud.
for limited periods: your data are kept for the duration of the file processing. The data are then kept for a period during which litigation may occur, usually for a period of 5 years after the closure of the file.

Only those authorized by Serendptech are recipients of your personal data.

4. We place cookies in connection with the use of the services
